Comfortable holiday apartment in a beautiful detached house, with terrace, kitchen and swimming pool for rent.
The house was built in 2019 in traditional Romagnole architecture and has been available for rent since 2023.
Spectacular location
The house is about 220 meters above sea level. The holiday apartment is located on the ground floor with a beautiful view on one side over the hills, vineyards and olive groves of the Apennines. The sunsets are spectacular. (see photos) On the other side an amazing view over the Adriatic Sea. Lovers of peace and rural life will certainly feel at home here, but for those who also want a bit of excitement, this is not far away.
The 70 m2 apartment is suitable for 2 to 4 people. There is a bright, cozy living room with open kitchen and patio doors to the garden with private terrace, equipped with adjustable sun loungers, a parasol and wooden garden furniture (dining table, chairs and a sofa). Here you can eat outside, with a beautiful view of the surroundings, enjoy a drink at the sunset and enjoy the stars that shine here in large numbers at night.
Two bedrooms and bathroom
In addition to the living room, the apartment has two spacious bedrooms. Bedroom one has a double bed (160x200 cm) and ample cupboard space. The patio doors lead directly to the garden and offer a wide panorama of the hills when you get up.
Bedroom two is furnished as a children's room with a bunk bed. A camp bed and playpen are also available if required. There is also an extra double sofa bed in the living room.
The spacious bathroom has a sink, spacious shower, bidet and toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with pans, cutlery, crockery, cleaning utensils. You can also leave the olive oil and salt at home, that has been taken care of.
Facilities
You will find a lot of comfort in the holiday apartment, such as free WiFi, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, combi oven, fridge with freezer compartment, Senseo coffee machine, DVD player, flat screen television with chromecast and satellite reception of all Dutch channels. There is a BBQ on site that you can use.
Bed linen and towels can be rented for a fee.
Salt water pool
For a refreshing dip, there is the saltwater swimming pool of 4x10 m and 1.35 m deep. Next to the swimming pool is a lovely sunbathing area with artificial grass with beach beds and parasols. At the pool is an extra bathroom with shower and toilet for after swimming.
Garden
In the spacious garden there are a double swing, a trampoline with a diameter of 4.20 and a play terrace where the children will certainly enjoy themselves with table football, air hockey or badminton. You can also stroll through the garden and enjoy the cheerful local flora.
Region
Located in the Emilia Romagna region, in the first hills of the coastal town of Rimini, there is a wonderful restaurant/pizzeria overlooking the coastline within walking distance. In La locanda Castellaro they have an extensive menu, but you can also order delicious pizzas here.
A short drive away are numerous authentic Italian restaurants, where the locals eat, and where you can enjoy the real Italian cuisine.
The holiday home is only a twenty minute drive from the Adriatic coast. In seaside resorts such as Gatteo Mare, Bellaria, Cesenatico, Riccione and Rimini you will find many beaches where you can rent sunbeds or lie for free on a Spiaggia Libera (free beach). In the evening you can enjoy strolling along restaurants, music, markets, shopping or strolling along the boulevards and enjoy the summer bustle and of course the traditional Italian ice cream.
Historical places
Nearby you will find beautiful towns such as Santarcangelo, Longiano, Roncofreddo; beautiful old villages, where small local events are often organized in the summer and where time seems to have stood still.
The autonomous mini-state of San Marino is a twenty-minute drive away, located at an altitude of 750 meters and towers above the other hilltops. Here alone you will find 3 castles, several museums, nice shops for duty free shopping, and beautiful views.
Or you can go to the castle of San Leo or a little further on to Gradara, where a beautifully decorated castle takes you back to the time of Lucrezia Borgia, the Malatesta family and the romantic tragedy of Paolo e Francesca. In short, you cannot get bored after relaxing.

La Mimosa
Komfortable Ferienwohnung in schönem Einfamilienhaus, mit Terrasse, Küche und Swimmingpool zu vermieten.
Das Haus wurde 2019 in traditioneller romagnolischer Architektur erbaut und ist seit 2023 zu vermieten.
Spektakuläre Lage
Das Haus liegt etwa 220 Meter über dem Meeresspiegel. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf die eine Seite über die Hügel, Weinberge und Olivenhaine des Apennin. Die Sonnenuntergänge sind spektakulär. (siehe Fotos) Auf der anderen Seite ein herrlicher Blick über die Adria. Liebhaber der Ruhe und des Landlebens werden sich hier sicherlich wohlfühlen, aber wer auch ein bisschen Aufregung möchte, hat es nicht weit.
Die 70 m2 große Wohnung ist für 2 bis 4 Personen geeignet. Es gibt ein helles, gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche und Terrassentüren zum Garten mit privater Terrasse, ausgestattet mit verstellbaren Sonnenliegen, einem Sonnenschirm und Gartenmöbeln aus Holz (Esstisch, Stühle und ein Sofa). Hier können Sie draußen essen, mit einem schönen Blick auf die Umgebung, einen Drink beim Sonnenuntergang genießen und die Sterne genießen, die hier nachts in großer Zahl leuchten.
Zwei Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer
Neben dem Wohnzimmer verfügt die Wohnung über zwei geräumige Schlafzimmer. Schlafzimmer eins hat ein Doppelbett (160x200 cm) und viel Stauraum. Die Terrassentüren führen direkt in den Garten und bieten beim Aufstehen ein weites Panorama auf die Hügel.
Schlafzimmer zwei ist als Kinderzimmer mit Etagenbett eingerichtet. Ein Feldbett und ein Laufstall sind bei Bedarf ebenfalls verfügbar. Es gibt auch ein zusätzliches Doppelschlafsofa im Wohnzimmer.
Das geräumige Badezimmer verfügt über ein Waschbecken, eine geräumige Dusche, ein Bidet und eine Toilette.
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Pfannen, Besteck, Geschirr, Putzutensilien. Sie können das Olivenöl und das Salz auch zu Hause lassen, für das gesorgt wurde.
Einrichtungen
In der Ferienwohnung finden Sie viel Komfort, wie kostenloses WLAN, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Geschirrspüler, Kombi-Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Senseo-Kaffeemaschine, DVD-Player, Flachbildfernseher mit Chromecast und Satellitenempfang von allen niederländischen Kanäle. Es gibt einen Grill vor Ort, den Sie benutzen können.
Bettwäsche und Handtücher können gegen Gebühr gemietet werden.
Salzwasser-Swimmingpool
Für ein erfrischendes Bad gibt es den Salzwasserpool von 4 x 10 m und 1,35 m tief. Neben dem Swimmingpool befindet sich eine schöne Liegewiese mit Kunstrasen mit Liegestühlen und Sonnenschirmen. Am Pool befindet sich ein extra Badezimmer mit Dusche und Toilette für nach dem Schwimmen.
Garten
Im weitläufigen Garten gibt es eine Doppelschaukel, ein Trampolin mit einem Durchmesser von 4,20 und eine Spielterrasse, auf der sich die Kinder mit Tischfußball, Airhockey oder Federball sicher vergnügen werden. Sie können auch durch den Garten schlendern und die fröhliche lokale Flora genießen.
Region
In der Region Emilia Romagna, in den ersten Hügeln der Küstenstadt Rimini gelegen, gibt es ein wunderbares Restaurant/Pizzeria mit Blick auf die Küste, das zu Fuß erreichbar ist. In La locanda Castellaro haben sie eine umfangreiche Speisekarte, aber Sie können hier auch köstliche Pizzen bestellen.
Eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt befinden sich zahlreiche authentische italienische Restaurants, wo die Einheimischen essen und wo Sie die echte italienische Küche genießen können.
Das Ferienhaus ist nur zwanzig Autominuten von der Adriaküste entfernt. A dog is often part of the family, we also welcome your dog, provided the dog is well behaved. our site is not completely closed, so you should take that into account, the dog is not allowed in the swimming pool, and should be walked outside the site.
